We offer Sports specific skills training, football, baseball, softball, speed, strength and agility for adults and kids. We offer hats and fitness apparel to help promote others that are active in the community and share their experience. Only The Strong brand is not just about fitness and sports, it’s about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives by doing what you love best and sharing your Strong (passion) with others! Proceeds from OTS apparel goes back to the community for sports equipment, programs, events, and charties such as, American Cancer Society, Breathe To Believe, and Relay For Life.
